Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi and his sons and key aides could face prosecution by the International Criminal Court over allegations they carried out crimes against humanity during the country's uprising. ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo announced on Thursday that the court had decided to open a probe into the alleged crimes and would investigate those responsible for the most serious incidents.
